Tomislav Baudoin is the founder and the head of the Referral Center of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, Ministry of Health, Republic of Croatia, Dept. of ORL-HNS, Sisters of Mercy University Hospital Center.

He is a professor in School of Medicine, University of Zagreb. He is the founder of Croatian Rhinologic Society and he was the first president.
He was a vicepresident of Croatian Society of ORL-HNS. He is the founder and the leader of the „School of Pediatric ENT“.
He is the founder and the head of the Training Center for Navigated Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (NESS).
He was a main researcher in three scientific projects granted by government.

He is the author of a series of chapters from the fields of rhinology, pediatric otorhinolaryngology and urgent medicine published by several textbooks and many articles in indexed and peer-review publications.
He is a reviewer and a member of editorial boards of many distinguished ORL-HNS journals.
He was a chairman of working group for subspecialty training programme of pediatric otorhinolaryngology in UEMS (European Union of Medical Specialists).
He was a member of Advisory Board of European Rhinologic Society. He is a member of European Board Exam and an examiner. He is a treasurer-elect of Confederation of European ORL-HNS.
